Lost all quizzes done on free version

    Hello, it seems that upon uploading the pro version I ended up losing all the quizzes I had prepared on the free version.

    Is there any way these can be obtained back, please?

    You can find the Guide in the email sent to you as well.
    Also, in case you had uploaded the plugin on the current version you were using, you wouldn’t have lost the data.

    Now, unfortunately, there is nothing depending on our side.
    So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider, and describe the case to them so they can help to find the answers to your questions.

    Thank you for your answers.

    I will check with the hosting provider or I will just do them again from scratch if nothing can be done. The pro version has a lot more functions which should allow me to make better quizzes ??
