Lost all my stats when transferring from .com to .org

I just can’t figure this out. I switched my blog from the .com to a self hosted .org and now everything is a mess. I was having about 42,000 visits per day and now my jet pack stats say I’ve had 4,000 and that’s my best day. That’s not right as I had 15,000 this morning before I switched the domain over. I don’t understand what happened or how to fix it, can anybody help?
