Lost all my Opengraph data – DONT UPDATE

All the open graph data (Facebook title, description, image) Pinterest (description,image) of all my posts is gone. If the user clicks on a facebook or pinterest button to share the post, there’s no title, description or image. All my data that has taken so much time, effort and money, is gone. How can I restore this ? I’ve sent already emails to support and all I get is “Sorry for the inconvenience”.
