Lost all my data after update

I have been using this plugin for last 4 years. It worked great till last month. They gave an update and boom i lost my all date i accumulated during these four years. I reverted the plugin to previous version and then again updated it. This restored my data that i collected from visitors but still all the ratings that i given to network are not showing.

The other problem is, now i cannot rate any product anymore as the stars don’t appear in editor. I am thinking to quit this plugin. I will try its alternative now.

Thanks for the last 4 years but it sucks when you loose all your data.
