Lost all meta values after plugin update!

    Dear,

    I am working with Inspiry themes – real homes theme, with which your plugin came. I believe your plugin is used to store meta data concerning real estate property uploads such as floor plans with dimensions and number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc.

    However, after updating yesterday to your latest version, I lost all this metadata and now I cannot seem to save these fields anymore at all!

    Today’s ‘fix’ update also doesn’t help. Site is in test environment but if you want I could give you access.

    Are the fields missing or is the meta missing from the database? Are you using the plugin stand alone or are you including it with your theme?

    The fields are still there in the post editor to be filled out, but they don’t save the values anymore, except for one key-value pair.

    Upon checking in the database, I could retrieve one meta key-value pair ‘inspiry_floor_plans’ in which the aforementioned single value is stored, but not the other data.

    I believe the plugin came with the theme.

    Can you post the code you are using to create the meta boxes?

    I have no clue as it came with the theme.

    I have also contacted the theme author today via the theme’s support forum with a link to this thread, but they didn’t reply yet.

    So guess we’ll have to wait till they see this and hope they can jump in.

    Ahh, so the theme creates the fields. Weird.

    I am the theme developer and I have tested this on my side and found that floor plans information is partially missing as I have tried to explain in following screenshot https://jmp.sh/wzj560b

    Hi rotbieest and Saqib,

    There was a bug with the Group extension which made it incompatible with the version 4.7 of the Meta Box. I updated the Group yesterday with fix for it, so please update the extension in your theme (and also Meta Box to 4.7.2).
