    While doing the migration from version 2 to 3(2.0.2), none of my lists have subscribers. The subscribers are there, but none of them are assigned to lists. Do I need to manually assign them to lists?

    PHP version: 7.0.21
    MailPoet Free version: 3.0.0-rc.2.0.2
    MailPoet Premium version: N/A
    WordPress version: 4.8.1
    Database version: 5.6.34-log
    Web server: Apache

    I know there was a problem with version 2.0.3, but I’m on 2.0.2?

  • Same Issue after last Update, because I use Version 3 some weeks longer. WordPress Users still there, but the most used list is emptied after the last update. This way 800 subscribers are gone.

    Server Software : Apache/2.4.10 (Debian)
    PHP Version : 7.1.9
    Wordpress: 4.8.1

    In case of trying to export the list, the correct old number of subscribers is shown by option (for all), but not really exported. Only confirmed subscribers are exported. This could be a hint, that the addresses are still there, but kept as non-confirmed and in a faulty manner not shown in any List.

    I haven’t checked the Database already, but it would be good to have some Ideas how to handle this problem. Would it be enough to reimport the addresses or have I to fear further data-loss and instability with version 3?

    @davidtrebacz

    Thank you for the issue report.
    After migration from MP2 to MP3 subscribers should indeed be correctly assigned to the right lists.
    Could you please get in touch with us via the Help Button from any of the MailPoet 3 pages (blue button with a question mark bottom right of your screen), we will take a look.

    @wikabot
    Unfortunately we have had a bug in our latest version (3.0.0-rc.2.0.3), which has caused non-Wordpress User subscribers to be removed.
    We have quickly removed the release to limit the damage, but unfortunately it sounds you were still affected.
    Sorry about the issues this has caused to you. We will release a version fixing this issue next week.

    To recover from this problem, I would advise you to downgrade back to 3.0.0-rc.2.0.2.
    If you have a recent backup of your site – that would help, or if you still have your MailPoet 2 installation – you can import the subscribers again.
    If you need any assistance with the recovery – please get in touch with us by sending us a message via the Help Button from any of your MailPoet 3 pages.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    MailPoet Team.

    Thank you … the reimport from Version 2 recovered the lost List, even if some subscription-changes of the last during the last weeks may be lost …

    Best regards
