    How did you added plugin into website? Using shortcode/widgets/php function? If it is through shortcode, then make sure you have added attribute simple = "false".
    For example: [kushmicronews news="4" simple="false"]

    Also do update to 1.6.1. Fixed some minor bugs. Let me know if both of the above solution doesn’t work.

    Switched from the shortcode in a text widget to the Kush widget. That change picked up the CSS, exactly as it was prior to today’s update.

    I did not try the new shortcode with the added attribute, but, I will.

    I updated to 1.6.1 as suggested.

    I haven’t tried it, but I am very pleased to see the new category option. I’m looking forward to using it. I appreciate your efforts.
