Lost all appearance settings in parabola

made some changes to the website thismorning and after I made them I checked and everything was fine. Then this evening, I just removed the ‘Continue reading’ piece of text at the end of post excerpts and suddenly all the text and menus lost all their colours and fonts. It looks like it’s gone back to it’s standard settings but not all of it because it still has the background image that was originally set. I’m just wondering how I can get the settings back and whether anyone else has experienced this problem. I’ve started to change some of it back but realised that it might happen again. Also the boxes on the homepage have dissapeared also. The site is https://www.honitonpanto.co.uk
