Lost all admin menus

    Hi,
    This is the second time this has happened.
    I have lost ALL admin menu items at the top of the page !
    I have erased and installed WordPress again and re-built my site and now its happened again !
    There is no login box anywhere.
    I am new to WordPress so might be doing something wrong.
    Is there anything I can do ?
