Lost administration log in area

I have been blogging for sometime with my wordpress but I had someone who was way more computer literate than me take care of updating the versions so I have no clue which version I am using. My problem is I cannot log on to my blog anymore from anywhere ever since I added a Feedjit plugin. I have not been able to put up posts for almost two weeks! Can anyone help someone who knows nothing about wordpress jargen? I dont check forums much so PLEASE email me at [email protected] since I am signed with a ton of forums for my books promotions. I would be so grateful to anyone who can help me! There is so much information I am needing to get up there.
