Lost Admin password

    Hey people, I have for some reasons lost my admin password for my wordpress log site. How can I retrive it? I have tried to insert the username (admin) and request for password reseting but it never worked it tells me that key does not appear to be valid.

    I do have the FTP access to all the wordpress software I was wondering if its possible to retrieve it from that side.

    Please Help!
