    Hi
I have lost access to one of our sites where Defender’s mask login page feature was active. I had redirected login to /start and the login panel correctly appears, but after entering login credentials and I’m sent to /wp-admin, only “This feature is disabled” shows up.
    Probable cause? A fix?
(I checked .htaccess which I thought Defender had written som rules to, but even after removing everything or everything but the standard WordPress lines, it is still the same)
    Thanks

Hi @kjetilgf thank you for contacting us.

I did a quick test on one of my sites, I created the mask with /start and added my username and password and was succesfully redirected to the admin area /wp-admin so if the session is active, you can even add the /wp-admin and you should be able to access the backend.

I was wondering if you have a recent backup of your site? If you do then could you please run a plugin conflict test, this means that you need to deactivate plugins one by one except Defender and check if you have the same issue.

Please let us know the results of this test as we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue.

    Looking forward to your reply.
