Lost 2nd option under Paragraphs in v4.1

Immediately under Paragraphs on the Edit Page was an option (I forget the name) in the past version that allowed me to upload the TrackList from my reviewers to my WP site no matter if it was double or triple-spaced. It made it single spaced and in italics. Is another place now where I can get this? The new second option “Pre” isn’t it. (I use Pages in editing and some are original Word.) I saw some stuff about code in the forum which may address this but didn’t understand it.
