    Plugin incompatible after Upgrade to WP 6.1.

    Support said was cache… …but was not.

    Changed to another plugin which works flawlessly with 6.1.

    More than 10 working hours lost.

    I apologize for the trouble you have faced with WPForms and the 6.1 WordPress update.

    Please note that WPForms and WPForms Lite plugins are fully compatible with WordPress 6.1, so there must have been something we, unfortunately, missed when you reached out to our support.

    You have mentioned that you’ve switched to a different plugin, but any details you could provide on the issue you’ve experienced would be really helpful for us to know more about this.

    the problem was not only the problem.
    The problem was also that your support was slow.
    (Well, the first ‘answer’ was lightning fast and the second ‘answer’slooooow.

    If a site isn’t working, slooooow is definitely NOT acceptable.
    So, we changed the plugin immediately when we sorted out, that you don’t stand behind your (free) product.

    We’ve had a hard time to adopt more than 10 pages to the new plugin, spend around 20 hours in this.

    Please do NOT ask me, if we are going to help you to find your bugs.
