Loss of PDF features after including password

  • The plugin is fantastic and automates the PDF security process to create a unique password for the seller. However, in my tests, when I uploaded a pdf saved by Word with features of Page Jump links like Cross-Reference, Table of Content, Footnote, Endnote, Comments, Text Boxes and etc, the password is created, as it should, but all the above resources are lost. Is there any explanation for this? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the plugin.

    Hello,

    We are releasing an update soon that should make links work, for form fields I am not sure as it’s a rather complicated process. We are planning a cloud version that would enable these features also.

    Are you still active with this plugin? There is quite many unanswered support messages here now. I am considering to buy the pro, but hesitating because you are not answering.
