loss of config menu

I was 3.3.26 theme and went into 3.3.30. The wordpress
4.2.2 is customized for free provider. Everything was ok in 3.3.26. After having
installed the new version, i cant customize the theme. The
window contains the button “save and publish” and a button to discover the customizr pro.
In the main window a gray circle rotates. The cross to return
works but no options are present. In debug mode I have the message (translated): has_cap is called with an argument that has depreciated since the
Version 2.0! The use of user levels by Extensions and Themes is now banned. Use roles and capacity instead. on line 3499 in /…/wp-includes/functions.php
I fully delete the theme and replace it by the old one, I have the same symptoms : not possible to go into settings.
I Reinstalled wp according to a previous backup. I could not test to reinstall DB because my file has a problem of duplicate IDs.

Is the theme writting something in Database ? Where ? how to correct it ?
