Loss of all points after update

    Following the last update I lost all the points of my customers.
    How can I get them all back?

    I have the free version.

    Hello,

    A plugin update only updates files on your website. It doesn’t update your database.
    Therefore, updating the plugin can’t impact users points.

    Where you using the pro version at some point and got back to the free version ?

    Can you send screenshots of your settings at [email protected] ?
