• I updated to Version 9.5.1 and all my Units of the products e.g. kg disappears in the database!
Is there something to fix it or have I define the units new again and touch every product and define the new generated Unit?

    Best Regards
    Heinz

    Hi @kaschwei,

I understand it must have been frustrating having such experience after updating your Woocommerce plugin.

To further understand what you’re referring to, do you mean the ‘Weight(kg)’ field in the shipping tab of each product has been wiped like below?

No in the main menu left under menu Products – Units there are all units definitions lost for example , cm, g, inch, kg, KJ

    Hi @kaschwei ,

I don’t think I understand what you’re referring to. Can you share an image for better understanding or do a screen record using loom?

    Hi @kaschwei

Thank you for the screenshot and details. It looks like the unit definitions under the Products > Units section disappeared after the update. Could you confirm if this feature was added using a third-party plugin? This view isn’t usually part of standard WooCommerce, as measurement settings are typically found in WooCommerce > Settings > General (sample screenshot here).

If this feature came from a plugin or extension, please check if the plugin needs to be updated to its latest version.

If the issue keep happening, please send us the system status report so I can look at your site’s setup and try to find any other possible causes. You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.
