    I’m sorry I can’t provide more debugging, because I can’t trace the error myself, to even know where to look for issues.

    I do a little development work so I’ve done the usual steps to fix it, but it hasn’t worked for me.

    Every time I add a new form and reuse some of the old forms, the “Add data from this field to the ticket description” will uncheck itself and forms will submit with basically no data, and it will do this for seemingly random fields, or whatever fields I reused on the new form that I’ve used previous, which is integral.

    I would love to find and isolate the issue and make a code fix on my end, even if it’s intended I can locally fix the issue or something like that.

    I contacted an engineer friend at Zendesk who looked into the calls to their API from my account and they say it’s not an issue on their end, they just aren’t receiving the data.

    Please let me know anything I can do to help locate the issue or if you need more steps on my end. Appreciate it. Love the plugin, it’s saved literal lives on my team ??
