Losing optimized images

    Hi,

    I bought 50K credits on a few different accounts, but for some reason I lost all of my optimized images and the quota exceeted for some reason. I didn’t change any settings in ShortPixel, so I don’t get why it happened.

    Could you tell me how to get the images optimized again, without buying €50,- worth of credits again?
