Losing Money

  • We are using the FunnelKit plugin for upsell functionality. Noticed that on all upsells, even though woo is calculating taxes, the credit cards/paypal are not being charged – we are thus reporting taxes we have not collected. We have a professional account with TaxJar and have been working on this for weeks with them as they don’t seem to understand the issue. This is really frustrating. If you are currently using TaxJar, double-check the credit card/paypal statements to make sure that taxes are actually being charged.
