Losing all formatting on blog posts

  • I am losing all formatting when I alternate between visual and text and when copying and pasting from MS word or another formatted form of content on https://www.astraia.co.za – I collaborate and write blogs on over 20 other wordpress sites and do not have this problem, I only get it with this site. I have read this has been a problem but all the posts are at least 1 year old.
    Any advice?

    The answer here is well known. Please do not copy content from a Rich Text Editor (Such as MS Word) to the WordPress Post/Page Editor.

    If you had done so previously, I can only assume you were using a version of Word and Internet Explorer only to view the site and never looked at it in newer version of either or from another browser.

    Thanks, but I copy and paste from rich text editors such as MS word daily on a multitude of sites but only get this problem on astraia.co.za and even when I “code” the post in full html as soon as I preview post, even having saved draft on astraia.co.za all formatting is lost. I have no way of reviewing the post at all without losing all formatting, only on this site. As you can imagine I am puzzled.
