Losing all access after rebooting OSX

  • I installed the BitNami WordPress stack on my G4 mac, OSX 10.4.11. Everything worked brilliantly until i installed a software upgrade (unrelated) that required a restart. After the restart WordPress was no longer available. Apache server was running fin, i could access my personal web space at 192.168.0.2 80 but trying to access the pre-restart install results in the message: Safari can?t open the page https://192.168.0.2:8080/wordpress/wp-admin/? because it could not connect to the server ?192.168.0.2
    I have uninstalled BitNami stack and re-installed it, it works fine until i reboot my computer!
    What am i missing?
