Loses gallery images on edit

    I have a website I’m working on for a real estate company and am using the ACF Gallery plugin for a photo gallery on the agent bio page. Works great until I go back to edit the agent’s bio later. Then the gallery images aren’t showing up. If I save, the gallery is gone and I have to edit again to add the images back.

    I’m using the same setup on another site and it works as expected.

    Any idea why this might be happening?

    Update the plugin to version 1.7.5. Check and confirm if the issue has been resolved.

    @navzme I updated to version 1.7.5, but the problem remains ??

    Same here, just installed but when you update the images are lost and the field resets.

    Same issue, version 1.7.8. It doesn’t even appear that they are properly saved on the first save, as they don’t show in the editor — but I did see them returning in an API response, so they must have been saved on the first try. After that, after pressing Update, they disappeared completely and never come back, even after deleting the field and creating a new Photo Gallery field. The plugin seems to work well otherwise, but the images don’t seem to be getting saved on pressing Update.
