Lose the Nag Bar!

The nag bar should only happen after updates – if it is permanently there, its either a possible bug in your WP install (caching of admin pages is a potential culprit), or you are using 1.1.0 or earlier.

Updating your installation to 1.1.1 may solve this problem.
