I am also having the same problem. The problem started with the WP 5.7 upgrade.

My understanding is that your site loads some modals, that if not correctly initialized – keep the overlaying div blocking link clicks.

Can you please give a try to 2.0.2? I’ve reworked script loading logics, it should be compatible with much more local and 3rd party libs and services.
