    Thank you for this plugin which worked fine until yesterday when all plugins got an error and the site starting looking strange. I reinstalled wordpress, the theme (virtue) and all the plugins. The site now works fine until I activate Autoptimize and then the site title loses its styling.

    If I disable ‘optimize css code’, the styling returns. I turned on option ‘look for styles in head’ and this had no effect – I don’t understand the second half of the FAQ troubleshooting for css problems. Any advice appreciated, thanks

    Hi SueCaroll;
    Some questions to start with;
    * what do you mean “when all plugins got an error”? what error did you get & where?
    * did this occur after updating a plugin or the theme? has there been a theme update?
    * are you using the free (www.remarpro.com) or premium version of virtue?
    * when you write “loses it’s styling”, does that mean entirely, or partly? would you happen to have a screenshot of how it looks with CSS optimization active?
    * you also don’t seem to have HTML & JS optimization active, is this due to recent problems as well?

    Thanks for your answer Frank.

    -Message on all plugins – ‘Plugin deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header’
    -I am not exactly sure what I updated but I think it was the theme- I contacted Virtue and they suggested the reinstall of wordpress and theme and plugins.
    -I am using the free theme.
    -the title loses the font and colour I chose.

    How can I send you a screenshot?

    ok, try adding .kad_tagline to the comma-seperated CSS optimization exclusion list.
