Same here, have been onto support with no response yet.

My advice to you guys is to give up and find a new plugin. They’re completely out of date. It’s even dangerous for your site to keep this plugin.

Kindly accept our extreme apology for the delay in service. We suddenly lost all Internet communication for over five days across all over the country due to a non-political student protest. That’s why we can’t respond to you instantly.
