    Hi!

I have a clients site, that is randomly loosing the permalinks. Every few days I have to regenerate them no matter if i have updated anything or not. It just does. This is bothering the client a lot (obviously) because I cant tell when this happens to fix it, and its usually them that they notice.

The website was on a different hosting before and this didn’t happen, we migrated somewhere else, we upgraded memory just in case but still happening.

    Please help! ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @myhappyidea,

The issue you’re experiencing can be caused by a number of factors, including plugin/theme conflicts that cause these changes or incorrect permalink settings.

First things first, always update the WordPress, plugins, and themes to the latest versions available. Then reset permalinks to default mode and check again.

To run a conflict test, switch to a WordPress default theme, disable all themes/plugins, then reactivate and check them one by one to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue still persists, it would be due to server configuration and web server software. It is best to contact the website hosting provider as they have your FTP credentials and can help you better on this issue.

    Hope it helps!
