Loosing all FB and Tweeter counts

Hello,

I had to reinstall WordPress from Scratch. I imported my old DB and my old Plugin folder.

I lost all Tweeter and FB counts on my posts.

I would like to know how does it work (where you store the counts) and if there is a way to get them back if that is possible.
