Loose of time

  • I spent 50$ and got stressed for 2 weeks with website slowing down and fixing bugs until i deactivated both shortpixel plugin, activated FREE JETPACK and got better service and bug free without spend money.
    Shortpixel created so many random bugs daily with maps not working and images/logos disappereang in some section.
    I don’t understand even how to get money back!!

    Anyway their support tried to solve this bug, and are been very polite with me…
    At the end it looks like my website prevent to use this service, and shortpixel refund me. Thanks for the support!

    Hello @danieledezi – thank you too and we’re sorry we couldn’t at this point help you more.

    While the image optimization with ShortPixel Image Optimizer was successfully completed, due to some conflicting plugins ShortPixel Adaptive Images couldn’t be configured to work properly.

    We agreed with the customer that we will try again after he managed to get a consultant to assist him with making his website work better.
