Loopback request, Invalid user ID, Rest EPA linking to 404, no php 7.4

I update the symptoms list, as some are resolved and are not linked.

The symptoms are these:
– Some registration emails are not being send
– Cron job issues
– I can’t upgrade to php.7.4
– The rest EPA throws an error 404.
– the site could not complete a loopback request.

To confirm, the following issues you are still facing are these:

We are working on releasing an update for the loopback request issue, as mentioned in the previous ticket. If you need a pre-release, you may download the ‘dev’ branch of Paid Memberships Pro from Github by visiting https://www.github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro. It is safe to ignore this Loopback warning as it’s a false-positive request and your site should work as intended with Paid Memberships Pro v2.5.2.

Paid Memberships Pro does rely on wp_cron to run, and will try to create cron job schedules upon activation. What is specifically not working with the cron job issues?

Are you referring to the REST API? Could you please share the URL you are trying to access that returns 404?

Also with emails not being sent during checkout, we need more information on your site setup and when it’s not working. Any common factor when the registration emails aren’t being sent between these users may help us, such as:

– What URL are they using to register?
– Does this only happen for a certain membership level?
– What payment gateway are you using and do the Paid Memberships Pro orders show up inside your WordPress dashboard – if so, what order status do these orders have?

Please can you also send through a Site Health log of all active plugins installed on your site so I may overlook this for you.

Indeed, these are the issues that are left unresolved. The subject of the ticket should be edited to delete ‘Invalid user ID’

The URL they use to register is the one I gave above. The home page or /register. It is happening with all levels and with the GDPR data request as well. It is also happening with the emails reporting activity on the website to peepso users, such as messages being send. Sometimes these are send, sometimes they are not. I am trying out some things to solve this issue. A pattern there is not clear to me. The clear pattern is that the registration emails are never sending and the GDPR requests are not being executed by Cron as they should be. The emails are being send when I execute Cron manually, but the GDPR requests are not able to be executed manually.

Payment gateway I am using is Stripe. Orders are showing up well. They are showing up well in the dashboard of peepso

This issue is resolved. An error in the server settings caused the issue.
