• With the current WP date my shopping cart is giving me this message on the site health page:
The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

NO, that post information did not help me.

This is the error I am receiving: The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    I am running Php 7.4
    Divi Theme

I am running this same config on other sites and am not receiving the error.

    Thank you

    Hi Robin,

I am running this same config on other sites and am not receiving the error.

What are the differences between those other sites and this one? Also are they all running in the same server or different servers?

    Thank you

    Hi Mbrsolution,

They are all on different servers and different hosting companies.

    <shrug>

the shopping cart works with this feedback loop but other things don’t; and the feedback loop only goes away by deactivating the shopping cart.

    Hi,

They are all on different servers and different hosting companies.

This confirms my suspicion that the issue is related to the server.

If our plugin works in the other sites running on different server and different hosts, then it is safe to say that the issue is related to the server for this particular site with the issue. I recommend that you get in contact with the host about this issue.

Let me know what they say.

    Thank you
