    Hi,
There is the error – “The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received” on site-health page when sidebars plugin is activated.

    wp 5.3
    custom sidebars 3.2.3
    php 7.3

    Hello @andronidko

    I hope you’re well today!

Thank you for reporting this and suggesting solution.

However, I did try to replicate this on my test site but to no success. I’m believe there must be some additional reason to this than only Custom Sidebars being active. Could you tell me please

    – did you test it with only Custom Sidebars active and no other plugins at the same time?
    – what theme are you using and did you also try with just Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty?
    – where are you hosting (and possibly what kind of plan – if there’s a choice of e.g. shared/VPS/Managed plans at your host)? This question is only to help me find differences between my test environment and yours and possibly (if I’ll have a chance) test the issue on the same or similar host

    Best regards,
    Adam

Please i need help on this.

Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.

    Hi @nanaayeh,

Could you please start your own ticket per forum rules and provide us with some further information and steps you performed so we can try and help you further with this?

    Cheers,
    Predrag
