Loopback Request Error with Mailpoet

Hi,

Do you have any additional log info (PHP error log etc), because that error message is quite vague?
Did you check the firewall log (“NinjaFirewall > Firewall Log”) to see if there was anything related to it?

I have only firewall logs like:

But it seems there isn’t any blocking.

When I deactivated NinjaFirewall then everything are working.

Go to “NinjaFirewall > Firewall Policies > Intermediate Policies”, scroll down to “Scan traffic coming from localhost and private IP address spaces”, select “No” and save your changes. That should solve the problem.
