    Hello

It seems that the plugin is creating a critical error in the WP self-test under “Tools – Site Health”.

    Loopback problem:
[] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

When I’m going to deactivate your plugin the WP site health self-test is positive and not showing a critical problem with the loopback request.

All the plugins and WP are up to date as well as the PHP version is 7.3

    Thanks,
    Michael

  • Hi Michael,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. We had a look but don’t think this issue is related to our plugin. We have checked all of our development and test servers, none of them is experiencing the issue you have. How sure are you it is our plugin causing this?

Also, I found this blog post about possible other causes. Maybe you will find it helpful:

    Hi Eva

    Thanks for your reply.
I also found this article you mentioned in the link above. First I contacted the support team of the hosting company and they said, they can not find anything in the log files.

Then I deactivated plugin after plugin in my WP installation and perfomed the WP site health self-test and when deactivating your plugin the critial error doesnt show up anymore.

    Thanks for your help,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

The WP site health self-test is not showing anything for us so it’s kind of hard for us to replicate the issue at hand. We will deep-dive some more but doubt we will be able to find something.

    Best
    Eva
