• I have about 70 sites that have the AGCA plugin on them that generates the following critical issue through Tools > Site Health:

Your site could not complete a loopback request.

Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Disabling the plugin makes the loopback requests work again and my health has no critical errors.
I have a few different servers and they all have/give the same result.
This seemed to start happening around 5.1 or 5.2 – not sure.
