Loop when selecting element

Thank you but sorry but I wouldn’t like to send you my access account number. I can just send you some screenshots.
I try the plugin in local and it works. Then I assume that it is a problem on a server which is not able to display the menu (it loops) when trying to display the selected element.
Any idea of necessary parameters on the server?

Thank you for your reply, As you said, you tried the plugin in your local host and it was running well, so the problem could come from your server. Could you please try clearing your cache from your browser and restart the browser.

I tried with another browser, it is the same.
Any idea why the display cannot work because of server parameters ?
When I make an plugin installation or update it is the same, I get a first line display giving the starting update message but not the following WordPress information telling you that it is done and to go to the extension admin settings. it seems to me that it probably be for the same reason I cannot get the element displayed.

Thank you for your reply, Could please let me know which version of wordpress and Ig Page Builder you are using? Besides that, Could you deactivate other plugins and only activate Ig page builder so that you can check whether or not it could be a confliction amongst plugins

I am using the WordPress 3.9.1 (the latest) and IG PageBuilder 2.3.4.
I already deactivated all the plugins and it is the same.
