loop not working, video plays only 3/4 screen

  • I have the short code embedded
    as my shortcode buttons are not working i had to look through the support/docs to piece together the code. Hopefully i have it right.

    just want it to play full screen , no audio, loop from sec 1 to sec 5 , no controls, everything else is cool just need it muted as im using as a bg video for a future opting in page.

    Hi,
    The URL you provide has no background video defined.
    Probably the the issue you have depends on some CSS conflict but I can’t test it right now.
