Loop Function – Don't Understand FAQ…

Hi, I have no idea how to make my audio files loop. I have read the FAQ and the frequently asked questions but it makes no sense to me ?? sorry for being a bit ignorant but i don’t get it. It merely says add the ‘loop’ option to the tag:
