loop categories of a custom post type

    Could you tell me the code you’re using?

    It’s possible that the custom post type uses a custom taxonomy (not regular categories). You can check the Content Overview, in the admin under Dashboard -> Content. There you can find the exact post type, taxonomy, and term names.
