loop at login

Good afternoon, I have been having problems with the login and session registration forms, since as a page administrator, every time I try to enter my WordPress dashboard it sends me to the same page that I created for the login with Powerpack. I already tried changing the redirection links and also removing them but there is still that problem, another problem happens with the login for a google account, it does not show any error but it does not start the session of a subscriber.
