Looks simple but is not!

I am using Elementor Pro (dropped Gutenberg)
First frustration: there is NO user guide (pdf). The video tutorials are frustrating, presented by experts who go to fast.
Second, page set up is not flexible enough and margin adjustments are constraining. Space between sections is too large.
Third, use of templates which should simplify creation process are not well documented. I tried a dozen and still not very pleased with my last choice.
I created 15 pages and I am too far along to start anew, and that is frustrating.
