• At first this looked like a viable replacement for Autoblogged, etc., simple, less bloated, ajax, templates, posts by category, faster, etc. But after spending a weekend with it, things started to go South … bugs appeared, admin screen slowed to a crawl, failed to import feeds, and finally crashed after a weekend of work adding about 80 feeds from my existing feed to post plugin and wiping out all the feeds and settings, i.e., resetting everything back to no feeds have been added. Totally wasted a good 48 hours and ended up with nothing to show, losing hundreds of new posts in my news website which were never imported, and now look forward to another two or three days of work resetting up my old software rss plugin.

Also of note, this was the 4.2, free version, which had all the features I needed, as I aggregate all feeds in full text format and filter them via TTRSS and then only use a WordPress pluggin to to import and assign them to a my WordPress categories.

Also be a little careful before registering for the “14 Day Trial” … looks, from the reviews posted, like a lot of complaints about unauthorized charges being made to users’ credit cards by the authors or their representatives outide the U.S.

If this plugin is not a scam, I hope the developers can get their acts together, as this has the potential to be a decent plugin … provided you don’t have to invest hundreds of dollars a year in a premium version.

Thanks for your feedback and I’m really sorry for the experience you had.

The plugin is not yet perfect, we are working on improving it on a daily basis, we are already working on the bugs our users tell us and we should be releasing fixes with the next version. There’s a premium version of the plugin , the Free version works perfectly with the features a normal users need but we can not offer our premium features for free or for a fee that can not sustain teh development. The premium version comes with a 14 day free trial, a couple of Onboarding emails during the free trial and an On-boarding email 1 day before getting charged that warns the user of the ending of their free trial and that they can cancel their account or keep it, and if they keep the premium version active, the subscription fee will get charged. So there’s no way someone will get charged without knowing it, it’s also stated when someone register that it is a 14 Days free trial and the fee is charged after the free trial period and if the user doesn’t cancel their account at the free trial and decided to keep the premium version. So, ou should take what some people post with a grain of salt, there’s absolutely no way you can charge someone for a software on Paypal or CC with a fraudulent charge… that is not sustainable for a business, for any business.

Regarding the pricing, oh well. I think a software that saves users several hours of work/day at this price point is extremely cheap… I think the price we are asking for is more than fair, but this is up to any user to decide to upgrade if they can afford the price and the service or keep using the free version, which like I said, works fine and offers more than similar free plugins.

The software is not yet perfect and we are not yet perfect…nobody is, so you can run into a bug and all we ask for is to tell us about the bug to help make the software better.

I normally don’t answer to negative feedback anymore but yours seem genuine and I wanted to address it, I hope I could clarify any confusion or questions you had. Thanks
