• Premium “Support” for Elementor Pro is basically somebody sitting heaven knows where, cutting and pasting some generic text from a knowledgebase. It is hard to get things properly escalated and VERY hard to get somebody to explain what is actually going on. They just want to put a bandaid on every problem but not educate the site owner.
