    Hello.

    I get this error when trying to import contacts. I even tried removing all columns except email in the CSV file – still the same error. This only happens with one particular CSV file though…

    Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

    As the issue occurs with one particular CSV so the problem might be with the CSV file that you are trying to import. If you can share the CSV file with us, we can test it out on our end.

    Yeah, the problem is definitely in the CSV file, but how would I even start to troubleshoot it? That error message doesn’t give any hits.

    Anyway, I created a ticket as you suggested – ticket #64959
