Looks like this is a copy from PrimePress theme!!

Looks like this Theme is a direct copy of PrimePress. The author just added some flash file as header and changed the colors to make it look like a different theme. Unfortunately it is easy to find out from the layout and details of the code that this is definitely a copy of PrimePress.

Sorry to say, but Plagiarism is not appreciated in the Open Source world. I’m hoping that WordPress finds these kind of themes and take them off.
