Looks great on desktop but fails on mobile devices

The theme is quite attractive and is based on one of the WordPress themes that uses the muted video header option. My only issue with SocialMag 2.0.4 is that when a header video is used it doesn’t display on phones and tablets unless you change your device’s settings to “Show desktop site”. If you don’t have an alternative image set up through the customizer, all you see is a big white space where the video should be. Maybe it needs to be updated for the latest WordPress version.
