Optimize CSS Delivery of Google hosted jquery-ui.min.css file

AO doesn’t (can’t) optimize remote JS or CSS-files Stephen, you’d have to (ask the theme or plugin developer) to add the CSS-file locally instead of from remotely.

I noticed under Extra settings you have “Remove Google Fonts”.
Is it possible to remove the jquery-ui.min.css using AO?

yes, with a code snippet against AO’s API, e.g.:

add_filter('autoptimize_filter_css_removables','remove_jqui_css');
function remove_jqui_css($in) { return $in.", pepper-grinder/jquery-ui.min.css"; }
