• issue response from AccessPress themes is weak. Support forum questions are left unanswered for weeks, most responses are rude and invite clients to read the very poorly prepared documentation (which is essentially a set of instructions to create a site identical to the demo, with no information on options that are available tho not working very well). When I contacted “live support” I too was invited to read the documentation. When I pointed out that my questions were not addressed in said documentation the support tech told me to log a problem ticket with tech support and then he left the chat dialog… I’m not impressed.
